Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 jalapeno
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch mint
half lime sqeezed for juice
1 teaspoon ginger powder or 1 inch fresh ginger slice
1 clove garlic
Method:
Place all ingredients (washed of course!) in food processor. Pulse 2-3 times for 5 seconds.
Enjoy with your favorite chicken recipe or just however you feel like having it! We had it with masoor dal tonight, and it was so refreshing! I'd like to try it with chili chicken and homemade samosas, too. Kash would like me to add something to make it a little more tart next time. Any suggestions?
